Teaching program in financial literacy at the elementary level -My college majors and high school experience taking AP classes has given in depth experience in a range of classes covering history, cultural studies, sociological topics, fields of psychology and criminology, geology, child development studies, and numerous topics of education. I have always maintained between a 3.0-4.0 in my subject area topics -Currently in preparation to take Florida Teaching Certification exams to begin education career teaching Social Studies at the Middle and High School grades -I have formerly worked in childcare and am very personable and comfortable working with and meeting the needs of students of all ages

Hobbies
In my downtime I'm an avid reader and love keeping up with news/current events. I also really enjoy watching movies and documentaries, playing trivia games, and listening to a wide range of music genres. I'm not athletic in the sports-related sense, but am very into fitness and exercise and believe activity and kinesthetics play an important role in focus and learning (especially for students with learning difficulties). Most of all, I love being a teacher, caretaker, and playmate to my 2 year old daughter, who has taught me so much more beyond my education about being a role model and shaping a mind. I am still actively involved with area schools and enjoy helping out with events as a volunteer.
